Returns & Refund Policy

As a consumer, you have certain rights to cancel your order both before and/or after we have made despatch. You also have the right to return goods to us for refund. However, for products which have been made to your specification and/or personalised, some of these rights do not apply. Please check you rights which are laid out in detail in clause 9 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Our knives are guaranteed against defects in materials and manufacture. In the unlikely event of a fault, knives can be returned to us. We will provide a full refund for any knife found to be faulty. We will also refund any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
IMPORTANT: If you decide that you wish to cancel an order or return a product to us, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with further instructions. We may need to e-mail you paperwork to cover the goods in transit and we may need to issue you with special instructions.
Any goods returned to us should be sent to our Allen Street address as soon as reasonably practicable, in the original packaging and in accordance with the guidelines for sending knives via post or carrier service. The knife and blade point must be suitably protected.
